Returns & Refunds

All Arcana Pads products are produced to order by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a return directly to the address shown on your parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so. We will provide the correct return instructions for your order.

Changed your mind?

UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the item. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Returned products should be in their original condition. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost orders

Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived. Claims for packages lost in transit should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
